EASTER EGG HUNT
Please join us! Our Easter Egg Hunt at Centennial Park in Bay Head, will be held Saturday, March 31 at 10:00 am. (Rain location at the church.) There is plenty of fun for the whole family: giveaways, photo ops with the Easter Bunny and an Easter message for the whole family. We will need donations of plastic eggs (empty or pre-filled), pre-filled Easter baskets, empty baskets, candy, small toys, coloring books, puzzles, “dollar tree” items, and prizes for the older children. The age groups are 1-4, 5-7 and 8-10. Any size donation is appreciated. Also, monetary donations towards toys are always welcome! Please have items in by March 23rd and leave them in the bin marked “Egg Hunt Items” in the Fell. Hall. Questions? Contact Kristy Gerdes, 732-685-5857 or Ksmith45@msn.com.
You can help fight world hunger by participating with St. Paul’s and our newest mission project, Empty Bowls. Starting this weekend and running through April 22, paint a bowl and then donate it at Wish Upon a Jar. Join us again for dinner on April 28th for the culmination of Empty Bowls and as part you get to keep the bowl you were served in, a reminder for you that someone’s bowl is always empty. The dinner will also celebrate the end of our youth group’s 30 Hour Famine, another world hunger drive.
Cost of the bowl is $15 to paint and donate. Cost for dinner is $10 and includes a bowl. All proceeds will be donated evenly between World Vision’s Hunger fund to fight international hunger and local food banks, fighting hunger at home.
The flowers on the altar are presented by Rich and Michele Scraggs, to the glory of God and in honor of their wedding anniversary.
KNITTING AND CROCHETING GROUP
A knitting and crocheting group is being started. We will meet once a month to work on various projects to benefit different missions associated with the church. Whether you already know how to knit or crochet or want to learn, all are welcome to come and join us after first service, 10:30 am, in the Fellowship Hall starting March 18th . Any questions, contact the church office.
CHURCH SAFETY TRAINING
There will be a church safety training event for the congregation, held at the church. It will take place on Saturday, March 24 at 11:00 am. A light brunch will be provided.

STORAGE BINS NEEDED
With all the yearly events held at St. Paul’s, organization and storage of materials can become overwhelming, especially for our larger events like Night in Bethlehem and Vacation Bible School. In an effort to organize our supplies more efficiently we are looking for anyone who might want to help by donating some heavy duty storage bins. If you are able to help out please contact Kristy Gerdes or Rich Scraggs.
